Job Description:
No two days will be the same in this role supporting a number of our highly successful agency divisions based in our Gold Coast office.
As a seasoned administrator, you will excel at managing a variety of tasks and requests that come through from the agents.

Your day to day achievements will include:
- Working with Agent's to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions and other documentation
- Assist in the production of marketing materials
- Update the company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate
- Managing online listings on both Colliers International website and thirdparty websites
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings where necessary
- Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses as necessary
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will;
- Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office skills including Word and Excel as well as knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Previous experience within real estate or professional services environment desirable
