About our client:

This requirement is inside the IT Projects Delivery Team of a Large Digital Transformation Program at our largest client in the Energy and Utilities sector.

Our client is a large electric transmission network provider which operates and manages the high-voltage electricity transmission network in NSW and the ACT, connecting generators, distributors, and major end-users in Australia.

Key Requirements:

Must have 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead
You must be handson in scripting as well as act as an escalation point and be a mentor to the testing team.
Must have 2+ years of recent experience working in Workforce and Assets Management Systems Testing (Maximo) and working with tools like Zephyr
Must have strong experience working in an Agile environment and using JIRA
Exceptional communications skills
Extensive and recent experience in end to end Test Strategy Planning and Provision of Test Governance Framework
Extensive experience in Test Case and Test Script review for quality assurance purposes and rewriting them if required;
Some experience in overcoming change resistance and change management with stakeholders;
Strong understanding of UAT planning as well as end to end Manual testing process
Experience in unit testing, defect tracking and defect management;
Demonstrated experience in reviewing test plans and test scripts for assurance purposes
Demonstrated ability in vendor liaison and negotiating with large and complex matrixed teams
