Thomas Fabrication Pty Ltd has been around for over 10 years in Perth, Western Australia, has some of the newest machines, and the company keeps growing, we are currently seeking qualified Sheet Metal Worker to join our company.

• Studying blueprints drawings, and customer specifications to determine what, materials and equipment is required to produce quality products
• Pick the right materials grade (S/s, aluminum etc) and thickness for the required task
• Marking material out where required with datum points and lines, using the measuring equipment or templates as required
• Cutting material to required shape along marked lines using hand and power shears, and plasma cutters, guillotines, or drills
• Shaping and forming of cut parts into the required shapes using folding and bending machines, rollers, presses to drawing specifications and tolerances
• Fabrication & assembling components into final products recording datum measurements welding, riveting, soldering, or brazing where required
• Dressing back products by polishing, filling, sanding, cleaning and assembled products
• Where required repair damaged sheet metal products and components
• Additional skillsaircraft or defence industry experience which may require but not limited to advanced drawing and calculating skills
• All additional skills require to meet the role of Sheet Metal Worker

• 8 hour shift

• Australia (preferred)
