Our client is eekeing a Service Tehnician, to provide in-house and on-site technical support to customers
by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems and completing repairs to a high standard.

Main Responsibitlities include;

  • Perform general maintenance and repair work on both client and company owned equipment, including X-Ray equipment, scanners, milling machines, dental chairs etc.
  • Manage/troubleshoot general client service calls.
  • Maintain new equipment plugging/testing.
  • Assist the Technical Service Department Manager in the coordination of predelivery inspections and despatch requirements for equipment customer orders, when and as required.
  • Sourcing of nonstock items for equipment service requirements and communication of requirement to Service Manager for raising of Purchase Orders.
  • Complete the appropriate paperwork for repairs.
  • Prepare equipment for overseas repair.
  • Test and ensure rentals are ready for reuse.
  • Assist with onsite repairs deliveries and installation as requi red.
  • Advise Technical Service Manager of any discrepancies in stock levels of spare parts.
  • Keep workstation clean and tidy.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance to the highest of quality and standards.

Computer Software Skills:
Be familiar and confident with computer business packages including:

  • Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Salesforce (Can train in Salesforce)

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Restricted Electrical License and Radiation license or prepared to obtain in due course
  • Electronics certificate or a knowledge
