About the Role

As an experienced administrator, you will provide daily administrative support to the New Business Consultants to help ensure leads are actioned in a timely manner and the administrative tasks within the on-boarding of new clients are completed.


Duties

  • Prepare correspondence for clients, internal consultants, service providers and other business professionals
  • Sort and distribute mail, faxes and other correspondence daily including forwarding of client correspondence to the appropriate team members
  • Coordinate all required information for new allocations including will files
  • Sets up new client files and distributes to relevant client services areas
  • Attend to telephone enquiries and records telephone messages for the team

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant administration and customer service experience
  • Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence
  • Sound communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy including basic skill level with Microsoft Excel
