Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.

As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client's Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.


The Role:


  • Manage the Project's Quality Management Plan and revise where required to suit the Project requirements
  • Implementing formal standards & regulatory codes appropriate to the project's needs
  • Ensuring that quality performance indicators are identified & reported to the project team
- liaison with third party certification bodies to ensure audits & corrective actions are implemented

  • Identifying & implementing appropriate quality tools to monitor & improve project performance
  • Ensuring the implementation of training related to quality assurance & project improvement initiatives

Thrive with us We hope you'll bring:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications, audit certifications are beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain QA/QC processes
  • 5+ years experience, ideally within an EPCM or mining environment
  • Experience with designing project quality management plans
  • Knowledge of business improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
