The Commercial Analyst is responsible for providing commercial support to the Powertech's Renewable EPC and Services projects. This includes reviewing contract terms, advising on commercial matters, administering contracts, and leading reviews of commercial performance.

The Commercial Analyst must have a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices, as well as experience in the electrical EPC industry.

Reporting to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

Review contract terms and conditions, identifying risks and opportunities.
Provide commercial advice to project managers and other stakeholders.
Prepare and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
Lead reviews of commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare commercial reports and presentations.
Represent the company at commercial meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in commercial analysis, preferably in the electrical EPC and services industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with contract negotiation.
Experience with commercial risk management.
Experience with commercial reporting.
Experience with commercial project management.
