Our client is a highly reputable employer of choice in the Aged Care sector and currently has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team in this exciting newly created role.
This newly created role reports to the General Manager People and Culture and works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver:

Leadership and coaching of key stakeholders on people and culture matters
Develop and implement strategic P&C projects and initiatives to support the organisation's strategic plan
Develop and implement attraction, selection and retention strategies and processes
Support P&C team members on workforce planning initiatives such as the new graduate registered nurse program and traineeship programs
Provide strategic oversight of learning and education
Provide advice and support organisation structure and design processes, change management and employee relations issues

What we are looking for:

Relevant degree qualifications and/or equivalent experience
Substantial experience in a People and Culture including deliverables in:
Learning and education

- o Staff attraction and retention
- o Employee relations
- o P&C projects/organisation development

Key behavioural competencies include:

- o Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- o Working with people
- o Persuading and influencing
- o Planning and organising
- o Coping with pressures and setbacks

National Police Check
Up to date Covid vaccinations to be able to enter aged care facilities or appropriate exemption
