The Role:

The role of a trainee will be to learn and support financial functions of the accounts team at APM. For accounts payable, you will learn the payable processes for third party engagements. This is an ENTRY level role

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Data entry, processing invoicing, processing credit payments,
Processing of monthly reconciliations and supplier statements
Financial queries and problem solving
Administration support, high volume processing, identifying issues.
Produce reports as and when requested to manage results
Answer incoming phone calls
Maintain customer database

Skills and Experience:

High attention to detail
Ability to use computer systems and programs (
Excel)
Previous exposure to invoicing or customer service & data entry
Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
Proactive approach to problem solving
Motivated for a career in finance.
Initiative, enthusiastic and a positive attitude
Neat, professional presentation
