The Role, but not limited to:

  • Work hand in hand with the companies Director
  • your strengths complement each other's weaknesses
  • Help to oversee the running of the office on a daytoday basis
  • Assist with onboarding new staff members as the team grows
  • Social media management bring your creative flare to work
  • Database management
  • Business Development Support inc; customer service, callbacks, signups etc
  • Real Estate background, open to; Sales or contacts Admin, Sales PA/EA/Associate, Office Coordinator/Manager, PM
  • Confident, forwardthinking, and solutionsbased, as you will be the goto person in the office
  • Work under Direction and own initiative
  • Eager and willing to go the extra mile as there will be career growth opportunities
  • Personable, understanding, and a high level of customer service skills
  • Methodical, organized and high attention to detail
