IDEAL Plan Management is a division of Nexia Canberra Chartered Accountants. The division provides plan management services to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.


Due to an exciting time of growth, we are seeking an Administration Assistant to join the team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Utilising your administration background within this diverse role, you will build on your qualifications, knowledge, and experience by working with a wide range of stakeholders in the disability sector.


ABOUT THE ROLE


This newly created role will see you providing support to the Content Writer and more broadly, the IDEAL Plan Management team.

You will be a highly motivated and outcome-driven individual, enabling you to learn quickly within a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.


It is essential for you to have good attention to detail, exceptional organisational and communication skills to contribute to the effective delivery of high-quality support to our clients in a timely manner.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing spreadsheets for travel, expense tracking, merchandise, and client details.
  • Assisting with booking events and conducting the necessary preparation before traveling.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to book flights and accommodation for events.
  • Maintaining merchandise levels and ordering additional stock where necessary.
  • Recording details from business cards collected at events.
  • Maintaining marketing/ travel calendars and setting reminders.
  • Assisting with posting on social media and sending EDMs.
  • Ad hoc tasks in support of events, training sessions and daytoday operations.

Other day-to-day operations include assisting the team by:

  • Reviewing invoices received from clients and recording them into our system for processing.
  • Responding to client enquiries and ensuring appropriate service levels are being met to maintain positive relationships.
  • Accurately maintaining database records.

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Degree qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in office administration is highly desirable.
  • Ability to complete work accurately.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to effectively prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Agility to meet everchanging business environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive and outcomedriven mindset.
  • Strong work ethic.
