You'll be responsible for- Providing superior customer service to claimants in a timely manner- Managing a portfolio of claims and ensuring all parties are informed through-out the process- Managing inbound and outbound calls, while adopting a one touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues

To be successful in this role, you'll be required to have flexibility to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.

We will also work occasional Public Holidays which will be paid as overtime

About you- Prior Contact Centre experience is highly desirable- Solid customer service experience, ideally within a complaints or case management environment- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment- A high attention to detail and pride in your work and accuracy- The confidence to learn, access and utilise a variety of systems and software- A team player attitude, which supports and respects others- Prior Contact Centre experience is desirable, but not essential
