The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced administrator/coordinator to join our team based in Chipping Norton.

Reporting to the GM - Applied and Solutions Business, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage warranty claims to the factory and relevant reporting
Match and process freight invoices
Maintain the Quality register and reporting.
Support the team with administrative duties as required
Take minutes of the monthly sales meetings
Work with managers in arranging invoices for payment
Raise purchase orders and vendor requests as required
Support the Coordinators in peak period or when on leave.

About you

Be highly organized and proactive person who can build and maintain relationships with a variety of people.
Motivated professional with excellent customer focus.
Have effective communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Must have proven computer and Microsoft skills, with knowledge of excel.
