Transport Scheduler
***Join as a Transport Scheduler, orchestrating efficient daily delivery schedules and wave allocation. Balance legislative and customer needs for optimal routes. On-site role, up to 80k salary + super. Drive scheduling success


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage WMS wave completion, updating sheets.
  • Develop and adjust wave templates for operations.
  • Equitably allocate work facilitywide.
  • Oversee daily delivery schedule using TMS/routing system, considering vehicle load, drop count, fatigue, COR, delivery windows, and restrictions.
  • Incorporate new customers into transport schedule.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing.
  • Aid Transport management in route optimization, improvement, and projects.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Expertise in transport, warehousing, and their connections.
  • Effective crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Superior planning, organization, and time management.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Profound COR, OH&S, HACCP/cold storage knowledge.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in TMS/routing, WMS systems, and computer use.
  • Adaptable and composed under pressure.
  • Selfdriven and autonomous.
  • Supply chain and logistics qualification beneficial.
