ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Coordinator - GRN CCEP supports and assists in the overall coordination of Government Radio Network (GRN) Critical Communications Enhancement Program (CCEP) project related activities, ensuring the required project outcomes are achieved.

The role supports the Service Delivery team in day-to-day project administration and is responsible for maintaining and administering project information.

This is initially a 6-month contract role.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing information and regular support to all internal stakeholders including integration team, Critical Communications (CC), Service Integrity Unit (SIU) and Service Delivery (SD) teams
  • Assist project managers with site access requests (SAR) and requests for change (RFC) as required
  • Liaise with the TA (Telco Authority) to ensure up to date schedules are received on a weekly basis
  • Assist in the establishment and ongoing development of Project Plans and project deliverables.
  • Liaise with contractors, CC and SIU teams to ensure allocated resources are available for deployment
  • Manage the deployment of BAI test equipment resources
  • Assist Project Managers as required to ensure efficient delivery of the project.
  • Collate, prepare and distribute project reports and project documents
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders regarding progress or status of projects
  • Compile project documentation in line with the company project methodology
  • Facilitate the initiation and setup of new programs and projects.
  • Facilitate weekly project team meeting and collate updates on project status data, risks issues and change requests.

ABOUT YOU

With our solid experience in a project co-ordination role, you will be confident with Microsoft Office and Project Management Information Systems, including databases, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, presentation creation and editing.

With your strong communication skills your ability to read and interpret documentations and process / procedural manuals is a must, where you perform well under pressure and in a high-profile work environment.

A certification in Project Management or Foundation Certification in PRINCE2 or PMBOK desirable with a minimum of 5 years' experience in co-ordination of projects.
