The role:

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll ensure all channel partnerships are being maximised, delivered on, and enabled.

You are the main liaison for all things partnerships & aggregators, event & marketing asset delivery, financial reconciliations, and reporting.


What you will be doing:


  • Manage a diverse range of aggregator and key partner enquiries
  • Manage all sponsorship operations nationally, including events and marketing asset delivery to key stakeholders
  • Complete reconciliations and invoicing for partnerships monthly
  • Aggregator onboarding, enablement and day to day support
  • Manage weekly and monthly commission reports, and turn data into actionable insights
  • Maintain database/ systems data integrity across the channel ecosystem
  • Sharing key industry/association/aggregator updates with broker channel
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the ecosystem
  • Partner with National Sales team on broader channel support

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills across multiple departments, company levels and stakeholders
  • You're analytical and a selfstarter mentality with ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • You are an excellent multitasker and have strong project management skills
  • Energetic, diligent, passionate, and proactive team player
  • Excellent time management and creative problem solving
  • You're system savvy with previous experience using tools including Tableau, Salesforce, Qualtrics, Concur and Microsoft Office is highly desirable
