As part of a multi-national business, we have one of the most unique offerings in the marketplace, providing advice and support to ensure businesses have someone to turn to when they have difficult Employment Relations and Work Health & Safety issues to navigate.

With over 30,000 Clients across ANZ, we offer business owners & their staff peace of mind.

To support our growing client base, we are seeking to expand our field-based Employment Relations team in Victoria.


You will also contribute your knowledge and expertise to support Employsure's seminar service, providing technical information to existing and potential clients across a range of ER topics (but don't worry - this isn't a sales role).

If you want to get out from behind a desk and spend your days travelling, educating and genuinely supporting small businesses - this could be the role for you


You will have prior demonstrated experience running employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management coupled with a strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret the Australian Modern Award systems.

As this opportunity involves travel, you will hold a current Australian drivers licence and access to your own vehicle.
