The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (with an advanced proficiency of the English language)
Excellent time management skills
Effective trainer and coach, and able to facilitate at all levels
The capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
The ability to create a positive first impression and be able to connect on a human level with others
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements
Previous work experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager at 5 star hotels or similar environment
