Based at Favier House, Braddon

We are currently seeking a Systems Lead position to cover a 12-month maternity leave period with possible extension.


This role will Report to the Director Quality, Compliance & Systems and you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and management of key systems including client management systems (specifically Salesforce as the organisation will be moving forward with a full implementation of this system over the next 12 months) and other corporate management system to agreed priorities, timeframes, and continual improvement of platforms.

This is expected to be achieved through the effective liaison with key service delivery and corporate staff including a close working relationship with the ICT Team, identification and management of issues impacting achievement of milestones and identification and management of project issues.

Key responsibilities

The provision of technical advice in the selection, administration, and rollout of systems, analysing and responding to business information.
Developing relevant project documentation and contributing to processes, policies, and procedures to meet system requirements.

Support of systems rollout and uptake by developing support documentation and guides and delivering regular training to managers and staff.

Ensure key systems are compliant with organisational policy, contractual obligations, standards, and legislative requirements.
Coordinate regular data integrity and system audits as well as support quality auditing processes.
Liaise with relevant managers to provide required data and reports against key performance indicators.
Support internal evaluation protocols.
Lead / participate in systems and business improvement projects.

Selection Criteria


The ideal person we are looking will have the following: Essential

Qualification in relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
Experience in client management systems in the Community Sector context (specifically Salesforce)
Working With Vulnerable People Clearance (ACT/NSW as required); and
Driver's Licence.
Experience and Knowledge
Project management and coordination skills.
Sound oral/written communication including ability to write to range of audiences; and
Analytical skills.
Understanding of services and programs of Marymead CatholicCare; and
Knowledge of quality management and compliance.
You will also be required to undergo a National Police Check.

To be considered for this role you will be also required to hold:

a current driver's licence, and
a Working with Vulnerable People Card (ACT)
