Our Client is a leading Global Manufacturing and Distribution Company who is searching for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join a busy team.


  • Smithfield location
  • Immediate start, 12 month fixed term contract
  • Monday to Friday


This is a great opportunity to join a Global Manufacturing Group who supply a high-quality product to commercial, residential and retail building suppliers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for providing superior customer service. Bring these attributes and our client will train the rest.


Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Processing jobs and sales orders
  • Responding to inbound service enquiries
  • Prioritising jobs for technicians
  • Checking accuracy of purchase order information
  • Receiving inbound customer product enquiries
  • Read technical plans to ensure purchase order details are correct (this will be taught)
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Building effective relationships with customers

To be considered for this position you will possess the following:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication experience
  • Minimum intermediate MS Outlook and Excel skills
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • Strong multitasking capabilities
  • Good attention to detail
