Your responsibilities will include:

-
Provide a range of project and operational support services, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with relevant approvals

  • Support business operations, including preparing briefing notes, workshop preparation, general administrative duties to ensure quality outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Support directorate wide governance, including supporting risk management, business continuity planning, internal policy and process management
  • Work in conjunction and collaboratively with stakeholders and project teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve business processes
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues to support project management delivery

About you:


To help you succeed in this role, you will have:


  • Ability to compile & professionally communicate information for a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in managing projects to a high quality, knowledge and experience of program management would be a plus
  • Customer focused with developed planning, organisation, research, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Be highly organised and have excellent time management and ability to multitask & manage competing deadlines, including flexibility with shifting priorities
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across the business
