What We Need


Corpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) within the Human Resources division in our Melbourne office.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role to start.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will deliver full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the business and play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

How We Work

The TAP will be expected to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days at home).

Role Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience managing full life cycle requisitions.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting and hiring IT and professionals at the individual contributor level up to the executive level (VP/SVP)
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and selfsufficient
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accommodate multiple internal clients.
  • Experience in using WorkDay and DayForce would be an advantage.
