What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) within the Human Resources division in our Melbourne office.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will deliver full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the business and play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
How We WorkThe TAP will be expected to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days at home).

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience managing full life cycle requisitions.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and hiring IT and professionals at the individual contributor level up to the executive level (VP/SVP)
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and selfsufficient
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accommodate multiple internal clients.
- Experience in using WorkDay and DayForce would be an advantage.
