The Role

You'll play a central role in ensuring clients and customers receive exceptional support through your diligent sales administration.

This role is pivotal for delivering top-notch service and will evolve into a position where you independently manage your portfolio of valued clients.

As a Client Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and accurate responses to client and insurer inquiries.
  • Meticulously documenting all call interactions and ensuring that followup actions are directed to the right recipients.
  • Conducting daily followups on documentation from clients and insurers.
  • Handling invoice reconciliation.
  • Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks.
