This role is based in a modern, spacious office in Mulgrave. You'll be part of a high-performing work environment while still enjoying a warm and welcoming culture. Plus, you'll have the flexibility of working from home two days a week.

As a Client Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:- Providing prompt and accurate responses to client and insurer inquiries.
- Meticulously documenting all call interactions and ensuring that followup actions are directed to the right recipients.
- Conducting daily followups on documentation from clients and insurers.
- Handling invoice reconciliation.
- Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks.
