Strengthen existing customer relationships whilst identifying opportunities for growth in this fantastic opportunity in Agribusiness Banking in the Western Australia.

• Manage a large Agribusiness Banking portfolio contributing to the regional growth strategy

• Grow your networks and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Lead and mentor a successful, collaborative team

YOU | You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Banking industry and have a high-level understanding of Regional clients and their business needs. Ideally you will have experience as a relationship manager and be well versed in business development. You are an ambitious individual with the desire to lead and mentor your team to success and in their personal development.

• Experience working in commerce, finance or banking (including lending and credit), preferably in a rural or agricultural environment

• Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of regional Agribusiness customers

• Ability to network effectively & maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders

• Experience in business development and prospecting

• Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or Agribusiness or Formal qualification in an economic or financial discipline (highly regarded)

THE ROLE | As the Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will develop and deliver win-win solutions that meet your client's needs, objectives and interests, as well as increase market share and contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives. You will work with varied stakeholders across the business, in particular working to ensure the success of the agribusiness specialisation and ensure the organisation's ongoing growth targets are met.
