    The Tradelink Opportunity:
    • Credit Officer: Joining a close-knit team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer credit profiles, ensuring compliance, and contributing to team objectives in a collaborative setting. This position serves as an excellent entry point to a career in the credit, accounting, or bookkeeping industry.
    Responsibilities of a Credit Officer:
    • Assessing and investigating applicants' credit histories and financial standings.
    • Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
    • Promoting a secure work environment.
    • Contributing to meeting collection and team goals.
    • Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
    • Maintaining accurate data and reports within specified deadlines.
    Requirements:
    • 2-3 years of experience in an office or customer service setting.
    • Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Credit is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Promoting a safe workplace and fostering a positive HS&E culture.
    • Exposure to JDE, SAP, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
    • Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
    • Strong data entry and customer service skills.
    • Effective collaboration as a valuable team member.
