An Australian owned company in Windsor distribute their products throughout Australia and New Zealand. Products include UHF, VHF Radios, Telephones, CB Radio's and Baby Monitors. A position has become available for an experienced Customer Service/Support person to join their small team in South Windsor.

You'll love this role if you get your kicks by helping others. We're looking for someone who loves solving problems and creating long term customer relationships.

Responsibilities and goals you'll own:


  • Drive our Voice of the Customer program to advocate for the customer and improve our products through incorporating user feedback.
  • Assist in creating a
    _first class support_ experience.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing amazing, personal customer support.

Experience and requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems logically and critically.
-
_Flexible to work 8am to 6pm with 8am, 9am or 10am start.

(8 hrs)_
:

  • 2+ years in a customer service position.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and remain focused.
  • Help out in the Warehouse when needed.
  • Competency in Microsoft office and general computer skills, technologicallysavvy.
