Aston Carter have partnered with a globally recognised company within the Financial Services industry to recruit an experienced Accounts Manager for a 4-month contract out of their Barangaroo office.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly functional team with the experience to support you as you assist with the final stages of project delivery.


The Opportunity


This opportunity has specifically been created to assist with the final stages of a project to decommission an Expense Management Solution.

As an Accounts Manager, you will be working directly with existing clients to offer the opportunity migrate over to an alternate Expense Management Solution or assist with their timely transition off the platform.


The Role
As an Accounts Manager your responsibilities throughout the project will include:

  • Communicating directly with allocated clients.
  • Position options to clients so they can make the best decision for their business.
  • Organise termination letters with clients and ensure they're properly recorded.
  • Manage any outstanding invoice payments and agree a plan to rectify the situation prior to termination.
  • Managing the process for those clients granted an extension on the platform.
  • Ensuring accurate data is maintained through each milestone & project deliverable.

  • Experience working in an account/client management role.
  • A proven record of accomplishment of success with evidence of supporting high performance teams.
  • Strong verbal communication & presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail & commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
