Company Overview:Our client based in Seven Hills, specialises in providing exceptional solutions in the electrical, industrial, data, and lighting sectors. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our outstanding customer service standards.

Location:
Sydney, Seven Hills


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8-4 /8:30-4:30


Reporting To:
Customer Services Team Leader


Team Size:
Small, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage order entry and handle 4060 calls daily, addressing pricing and product inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilise Salesforce and other systems to manage and update customer data accurately.
  • Learn about clients' products offering additional advice and suggest additional products if required by customers

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in an administrationbased customer service role, offering sales support and supporting product enquiries
  • Proven track record in call management and customerfocused interactions.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Sales order management experience
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team focussed with a friendly and calm and friendly demeanour
  • Experience with Salesforce highly regarded
  • Prior exposure to the electrical industry or related fields is a plus.
