People & Culture Operations Manager - Sydney, Australia - Peoplecorp
Description
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing leadership and mentorship to a team of five HR Advisors and Specialists.
You will support the team to provide HR advice and guidance to various stakeholders and focus on ensuring continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Your remit will cover the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to the exit process and you will work to simplify policies and procedures and improve customer experience.
You will act as an escalation point for complex employee relations queries and be confident to providing specialist coaching and advice on these matters.
You will be response for several ad hoc People & Culture projects and run cyclical P&C events.THE CRITERIA
Our client is seeking someone with previous experience managing a small team of operational HR professionals, ideally in the financial services sector.
You will be a strong HR generalist able to evidence of strong project management and process improvement skills. Ideally you will be available at short notice to be considered for this role.More jobs from Peoplecorp
