We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our Sydney team.


Job tasks and responsibilities

Primary Duties

• Learn and operate reservation systems for various airlines.
• Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel and keen in computer software.
• Be available for cargo operation duties as per Airlines' requirements.
• Construct aircraft cargo load plans with a view to maximize capacity and payload.
• Coordinate with Airlines' Ground Handlers to meet Airlines' SOP.
• Engage with our clients to promote, book and assist all requirements in air cargo services.
• Post flight check on cargo uplift and coordination with transit hub and receiving stations.
• Post flight coordination with clients.
• Work as a team to handle customer enquiries, bookings, quotations, tracing, claims etc.
• Keen learner and self motivator with passion in Aviation preferred.
• Committed personality with can do attitude.
• A team player.
• Must be able to work independently in due course once trained in Airline systems.

Skills and experience
Applicants with Airline Cargo experience will have an advantage, however not required for committed applicants with right attitude.

Office is located at Sydney Airport, Parking provided.

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Annual bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mascot, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
