Our client is specialising in outdoor recreation and lifestyle products.

They are a fast-growing customer-centric business that is looking for the next generation of leaders to support our exponential growth and push the boundaries of achievable.

They have had a rare opportunity for a sales consultant to join their team in Gympie.

The Role:

Proactively approach instore customers to sell the dream
Arrange the display to show the possibilities
Highlight the benefits of finance options
Follow leads obtained from walkins, online and phone enquiries
Coordinate with our admin and fitting teams to deliver great customer service
Reporting to the Sales Manager
Strong customer service attributes
Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously
Achieve KPI's
Maintain the display's cleanliness
Look after our customers during the handover process.
Enthusiastic and driven
Willing to learn and adapt

Someone who has previous automotive or RV sales experience and has the ability to perform under high pressure environments, has a passion for camping and loves the lifestyle it creates would be ideal.
