Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Handle phone calls, set up appointments, and efficiently manage the calendar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support with administrative tasks like filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Respond to inquiries and provide details about services and policies
- Effectively multitask in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars efficiently
- Assist with the intake process, including document collection and data input
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in receptionist roles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to stay composed and level-headed under challenging situations
- Customer-focused mindset with a sincere willingness to assist others
- Adaptability to changing priorities and schedules
