About The Innovators' Tea Party
The Innovators' Tea Party Inc. is a Perth-based, volunteer-led charity which aims to create gender equity in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields.

We do this by linking successful women scientists, engineers and innovators with high-school students in order to promote STEM-focused careers.

Our network of 600+ mentors come from a range of backgrounds, work in a variety of industries, and all of them are passionate about promoting their field to future innovators.

They represent some of WA's technical experts and industry leaders and we are so lucky to have them volunteering their time

Over the last 8 years, this charity has inspired over 3,000 high school students by running events open to the general public as well as programs at high schools all over WA.

In 2024, we have a target of engaging another 1,000 students through a series of engaging events.
