As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources responsibilities and support the Head of HR in all Human Resources for Australia.

Responsibilities:

Understand the business strategy and ensure compliance of Human Resources practices
Provide respective department stakeholders with valueadded Human Resources advice and support in their people management
Manage the endtoend recruitment process from timely search of the right talents in an efficient and costeffective way
Develop and implement employee incentive and reward programs in order to maintain external competitiveness and internal equitability
Analyse employee turnover reasons and propose improvement plans
Oversee all staff welfare and staff activities in Australia

Ideally you will have:

Tertiary degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 23 years of similar experience
Uptodate knowledge of legislation concerning employment conditions, awards and payroll
Knowledge of the retail environment is essential
