About the Role

YMCA WA is currently seeking
a Permanent Full-Time Assistant Early Childhood Educator to join our team providing a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for our children and families.

Duties

Record observations of individual children or groups
Implement a program that reflects children's interest, development, culture, and the YMCA's Approach to Learning
Use strategies to encourage children to participate in activities
Maintain a safe and hygienic and inspiring environment for the children attending the Centre
Create positive relationships with children and families and team members

Skills and Experience

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
HLTAID004 First Aid Certificate
Current and valid National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
Enthusiasm, commitment and desire to work in Early Childhood Education and care
