Job Description:


A Customer Service Representative is required to work in Alexandria, NSW, to provide support to Production Management and the Sydney Management team, including the timely distribution of analytical reports to clients, Invoicing and ensuring client satisfaction and supporting other duties as required.


Some other responsibilities are:

  • Assist with the monitoring of results and liaise with Production Manager on results required.
  • Assists Customer Service team with day to day client requirements such sample pickups, delivery etc.
  • Discuss result status and turnarounds with clients/Key Accounts when required.
  • Issue completed reports and various attachments, following approval by section head and/or Production Manager.
  • Liaise with Key Accounts and Sample Receipt teams regarding client queries, reporting technical or other issues.
  • Monitor and report on any client satisfaction and issues.
  • Data entry of external results or attaching into SLIM Database.
  • Manage, administer and maintain pricing and packages for the key clients through SLIM to ensure prices in SLIM are to date.

Qualifications:


  • Preferred tertiary qualifications and experience in science, preferably in the environmental sector
  • Similar experience in a high throughput laboratory highly desirable
  • Preferred experience in the use of LIMS systems
