    Description

    Reporting to the National Head of Sales & Distribution, this role is focussed on increasing the penetration of the business to our intermediary network (primarily mortgage brokers and finance brokers) in order to generate inquiry and deal flow.

    You will be responsible for generating new sales enquiries in line with the strategic direction of the business.
    What you'll be doing

    Tele Sales – Make outbound calls to a list of mortgage brokers to secure new enquiries and appointments by selling the Assetline portfolio of products/services to financial intermediaries and property developers.

    Customer Service – Conduct broker engagement calls, create engagement and foster a response to get a BDM to meet with the broker and their team.

    Focus on a combination of maintaining the existing B2 B database as well as building the referral network through direct sales of Assetline's products/services.

    Help educate partners around all loan opportunities and how it can drive their business growth with a view of securing an appoint for the BDM on the road.

    From time to time, support broader business teams to improve business performance, efficiencies, and partner / customer satisfaction.

    Report all activities in CRM to ensure database is developed and maintained and management reports can be made readily available.

    The successful candidate
    Demonstrates our values of teamwork, proactively collaborating with the Sales team where needed to ensure overall business success.
    Self-motivated with a desire to continually exceed expectations and meet targets.
    Experience in the banking, non-bank, and finance industry call centres, specifically within the partnership spaceis preferable, though not essential.
    A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
    Customer-centric and solutions focused.
    Excellent multi-tasking, time management and communication skills
    Confidence to deal with external stakeholders.
    Ability to work autonomously and to contribute and work as part of a team.
    Thrives being part of a buzzing office culture.
