About the Role:

We are seeking to appoint an experienced
Process and Change Specialist to join our team.

This role is primarily responsible for providing on-going support for process improvement and change implementation.

The Process and Change Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring that work instruction documentation is up to date for all processes and changes have been tested before being rolled out.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting out and updating plans for change and improvement across the Service, Operations and QA/RA Business and engaging with the Management group to understand gaps
  • Writing and implementing processes which have not been documented
  • Managing process improvement and continuous improvement such as collating improvement ideas, prioritising ideas and establishing timings for change and communicating change with team members
  • Ensuring that changes have been through testing before implementation using SAP and Salesforce
  • Create and conduct annual training plans to train team members on any new and existing processes based on requirements of the service
  • Documenting all training conducted and implemented
  • Rolling out and maintaining the skill matrix ensuring that it is well documented within the guidelines and identifying gaps for training

What we are looking for:


To be successful in this role, you will have had experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability in attention to detail, great organisational skills and being able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will have:


  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, develop and implement process improvement within a complex environment
  • Analytical, planning, time management
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
  • Utilisation of process mapping and improvement tools
  • Experience in cross functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience and ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver results.
  • Proven experience of employing a high level of initiative and selfmotivation to achieve performance standards and deliver results.
