About the role
You will be responsible for a variety of work including:

  • Providing practical advice and proactive matter management on NSW Land Registry Services dealings, deeds, simple contracts and advice work
  • Legal research
  • Litigation administrative work
  • Supporting other team members on a broad range of commercial, property, planning and compliance legal issues

About you
You will be a paralegal with qualifications in legal studies, ideally with prior experience as a paralegal. Strong organisational, research, time management and project management skills are essential.

You will be capable of working in a high volume and busy environment and managing competing priorities.


Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage deadlines and to work as part of a team are essential attributes.
