Description
As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is to assist the Store Manager in administration, store presentation, stock management and team member coaching and training.
About you and your skills
- To work with the Store Manager on ongoing business improvement and growth
- Ability to work varied site trading hours, including weekends
- To work towards targets that include volume, sales, safety, standards and customer priority
- To undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, so that store presentation standards are always met
- To assist with console operation
- To look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride ensuring safety and customer service are your main priorities
This is a varied and interesting role that would appeal to someone who enjoys and demonstrates problem solving, has strong communication skills, enjoys building relationships and working with mínimal supervision.
What we need from you
- Bachelor degree
- 3+ years relevant working experience
- Good availability
- Prior experience in supermarkets or retail preferable but not essential
- A Can Do attitude
- Current Valid Drivers License
Salary:
$44, $70,311.22 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Osborne Park, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
