The Opportunity


The primary purpose of this role is to ensure support smooth running of the Victorian head office located in Southbank.

As Operations Support Officer you're responsible for coordination across support office to ensure a safe, efficient and productive place to work.

This would involve efficient administrative and operational support including but not limited to supporting senior leaders, office management, invoicing, and liaising with clients, staff, consultants and suppliers as directed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day to day management of the office
  • Office inductions for new employees
  • Kitchen and office management
  • Management of staff events such all end of year function, leadership meetings etc
  • Coordinate and book travel and accommodation where necessary
  • Coordinate freight of equipment to interstate offices and sites; or arrange hire of equipment when required
  • Liaison with client and preparation and submission of Tenders and Fee Proposals
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Assist project support staff as required

About You

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in accounting software data entry: invoicing, job costing and procuring
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ability to manage large volumes of concurring documents and correspondence in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Ability to maintain accurate record keeping and timely processing of records
  • Welldeveloped organisation and time management skills
  • Able to interpret and implement established company policies, processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
