The Opportunity
***As the Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the projects and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
***You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to drive successful project execution. Your technical expertise will guide the team in making critical decisions and overcoming complex challenges. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver projects on time, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and continuous innovation. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and promote a culture of learning and growth within the engineering department. Your leadership will play a key role in achieving the company's objectives and delivering exceptional products to the customers.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field and proven experience (510 years) in leading and managing multidisciplined engineering teams within the mining sector.
Solid technical background in (relevant technologies and domains), with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate team members.
Exceptional problemsolving abilities, with a track record of driving successful project deliveries.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and build strong working relationships.
Previous experience in mineral processing is a plus.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Project management certification (PMP or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
