    Career & Internships - Sales & MarketingTechnical Sales RepresentativeSPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


    • Sales of advertising
    • Updating customer inventory on the internet
    • Hosted Cloud based services sales including but not limited to CRM, email, custom websites, and mobile sites
    • Travel is required for the position to visit customers at their place of business on a regular basis, attend trade shows, bulk distribution locations, meetings, training, etc.
    Minimum 12-14 weeks per year required, though additional trips may be needed.
    Weekend work will be required to attend trade shows, events and/or training.
    Travel will be throughout Australia and various continents worldwide.


    • Attending trade shows.
    Attending and working auctions


    • Billing and collection activities
    • Maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis (by phone, email, and in person).
    Assist with customer service calls


    • Managing assigned accounts and inputting comments and other necessary information in customer file
    • Tracking communications with customers
    • Assisting co-workers when they are out of the office
    Perform other related duties as required and assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:


    • Bachelor Degree in Business or other relevant programs preferred
    • Ability to gain knowledge of the products and customers of the Agriculture, Heavy Construction Equipment and Trucking industries
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Flexible and open to change
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge
    • Stable and progressive work history
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
    • Detail oriented and analytical skills
    • Ability to travel by air and ground valid driver's license required
    • Problem Solving – the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyses information skillfully
    • Interpersonal Skills – the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to other's ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
    • Oral Communication – the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills.
    • Planning/organizing – the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans
    • Quality control – the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
    • Adaptability – the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
    • Dependability – the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performanceSalary range $65,000 to $70,000 AUD.
    Commission pay also available.
    In office role - no remote work available.
