PATIENT SERVICES ASSISTANT- PSA- Werribee Mercy Hospital

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Exciting opportunity to join our Environmental Services Department. We are seeking qualified, motivated Patient Services Assistants to join us.

You will be an integral member of our team and provide patient centric cleaning duties, food & beverage services, transportation of patients and patient support.


  • Casual positions Monday to Sunday.
  • Day shifts, afternoon shifts, and night shift positions.
  • Immediate start available.
  • Located at Werribee Mercy Hospital.
  • Busy fast pace environment.
  • Responsible for ensuring that Victorian Public Health cleaning and Food Safety standards are met.

ABOUT YOU:


  • You have completed Certificate 3 in Health Services, or equivalent, or working towards completing.
  • Current Food Handling Certificate.
  • Excellent customer service skills and have a passion for attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate ability to show initiative and work within a team environment.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand Patients' diet codes.
  • A commitment to policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff and members of the public.
