About the opportunity

The Project Support Officer role will deliver high quality support and assistance to the SRLA Package Director, Stations and associated team.

The position will be a key interface between stakeholders and provide project team support and administration in a range of areas including, report coordination, meeting arrangement, diary management, records management and presentation preparation.

This role will require a high level of interaction with project team members, and you will need to be responsive and flexible when working with others.

To be successful in this position you will need to be a self-starter who can show a high level of initiative and independence in setting up processes which will enhance project effectiveness.


Qualifications & Key Selection Criteria:


  • Strong experience providing a range of administrative project support services in a complex, confidential and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to gain the cooperation of people at all levels with a high level of diplomacy, discretion and judgement.
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to arrange and coordinate meetings, events and workshops with a range of high level and sensitive stakeholders.
