The Role
Due to extensive growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager with proven

Business Process Excellence experience to join our team.

You will have a very strong background in leading

Business Process Excellence programs of work with strong capabilities in

Business Process Management, Process Improvement,

Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and, above all, a track record in delivering tangible business improvement outcomes. You will have demonstrated requirements gathering experience coupled with excellent communication skills.


About you

You will be outcomes focused with a strong track record on execution, and you will possess the ability to work at pace, while also being capable of both taking direction and working well independently.

You are a great communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels.


You will also demonstrate:

  • 5+ years experience minimum in a process improvement role
  • Demonstrated success in
    delivering process improvement solutions, including the facilitation of
    process redesign and requirements gathering workshops:
  • Proven effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to generate new business thinking strategically, conceptually, and creatively to solve complex business problems
  • Degree qualified in engineering, business, project management or other suitable discipline
  • Proficiency in process design, particularly BPMN 2.0
  • Lean six sigma Green Belt certified or above
  • Selfstarter who demonstrates ownership, accountability and growth mindset
