Your role will include:

Responsible for a small IT Operations team and the delivery and implementation of IT Services.
Network management
Planning and managing ongoing activities of the MSP team
Disaster recovery and IT asset management.
Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners

Your experience will include:

Demonstrated experience in a leadership position planning and managing ongoing activities of inhouse and MSP teams
Networking background with strong technical skills and the ability to mentor team members
Recognised IT Professional certifications
Experience with Microsoft technology stack: Azure, AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Office 365 would be advantageous.
