As a Settlements Officer, you will assist in the day-to-day processing of operational transactions for Ticketek.

About the Role

Preparation and processing of event settlements (accounts payable), rebates and customer refunds
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients.
Identify ways to streamline processes to maximise efficiency
Other adhoc duties as reasonably required

About You

Have prior experience in an accounts payable, accounts receivable or other transactional finance role
Attention to detail
Have the ability to problem solve and seek out more efficient ways of working
Have well developed time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines
Effective communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
