About the role


As the Corporate Concierge (Office Manager) aka
Lead Workplace Concierge, you will provide exceptional front-of-house services to employees and external visitors of Australian Retirement Trust.

This will see you deliver excellent customer service experiences by greeting guests, addressing their needs, providing assistance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a desirable workplace environment by overseeing the kitchen and meeting room facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and safe for all users.


You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee service delivery framework by identifying service trends and providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.


About you


To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills and a track record of providing exceptional assistance in a similar role.

Strong stakeholder management abilities, including effective communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential.
