As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new business development and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide the best possible service to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruitment sales professional (highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Selfmotivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
