As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new business development and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients to close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide the best possible service to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruitment sales professional (highly desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Selfmotivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
